Phoenix Valley
House Demolition done right.
Full teardowns for rebuilds, infill lots, and houses past saving.
A full house demolition is more paperwork than people expect. Before a single wall comes down, the utilities have to be disconnected and capped, the city has to issue a demolition permit, and older homes need an asbestos survey. We handle that sequence for you so the lot is clear and ready for your builder on the date you planned around.
Most of our house teardowns are for owners rebuilding on the same lot, investors clearing a property that costs more to fix than to replace, and families dealing with a home that was damaged beyond repair. We haul the debris, recycle the metal and concrete we can, and leave a graded, swept site.

House Demolition FAQ
Do I need a permit to demolish a house in the Valley?
Yes. A full house demolition needs a demolition permit from the city, and utilities have to be shut off and capped before it's issued. We pull the permit and coordinate the utility work as part of the job.
How long does a house demolition take?
The teardown itself is usually one to three days for a single-family home. The paperwork (utility disconnects, permit, asbestos survey) is what takes longer, so we start that the day you sign.
Will you remove the foundation?
If you want it gone, yes. Some builders reuse part of the slab and some want a clean lot. Tell us what your builder needs and we quote it that way.
