Phoenix Valley

Pool Removal & Fill In done right.

Inground pool fill-ins and full removals. Get your backyard back.

Plenty of Valley homeowners are done paying to heat, clean, and repair a pool nobody swims in. Removing it frees up the yard, cuts your water and maintenance bills, and takes a safety worry off the table if you have young kids or grandkids.

There are two ways to do it. A partial removal breaks up the top of the shell, drills the bottom so water drains, and backfills with compacted fill. A full removal takes the entire shell out, which some buyers, lenders, and builders prefer when the area may be built on later. We'll walk you through which fits your plans before we quote.

Above ground pools and spas are a much smaller job and are usually done in a single day.

    Walkthrough

We come out, look at the job, and ask what you're planning next so we only remove what needs to go.

  4. 04

    Demo day

The crew shows up on time, does the work safely, and keeps your neighbors happy.

  5. 05

    Clean finish

Debris hauled, metal and concrete recycled where possible, site swept and graded.

Pool Removal FAQ

Should I do a partial fill-in or full pool removal?

A partial fill-in costs less and works well if the area will stay as yard or landscaping. A full removal makes more sense if you might build on that spot, add a structure, or want the cleanest disclosure when you sell. We'll tell you honestly which one fits.

Do I need a permit to remove a pool in the Valley?

Many Valley cities require one, especially for fill-ins. We check the rules for your address and handle the permit when it's needed.

What if the equipment can't fit through my side yard?

We use smaller machines for tight access and, when needed, remove and rebuild a section of block wall. We'll tell you before the quote, not during the job.
